Application

Prepare Application

Before using ear candles, you must read and follow the enclosed instructions for use. Always provide a glass of water to extinguish the candle. Because only a safe application guarantees a relaxing ear candle session. It is also essential that you create a calm atmosphere, remove all possible sources of interference from the room, and make yourself comfortable.

Relaxing music and aromatic essences can support you in this. For the flame to burn down calmly, there should be no draught in the room. Lie down comfortably on your side so that the auditory canal points vertically upwards.

To protect your clothes and hair, you can put on some towels.

Application

The application of the ear candles is straightforward: Light the ear candle at the unlabeled end. Then your partner places the non-burning end vertically on the ear canal in a slightly rotating movement with gentle pressure.

You can see if the position is correct when no white smoke escapes from the side. Keep an eye on the flame during the entire application and hold the candle in place at all times.

Depending on the ear candle, you can enjoy the relaxing effect for 8 to 12 minutes.

Extinguishing The Candle

Very important: The ear candle does not extinguish by itself! Please pay attention to the burn mark on the lower end of the ear candle.

When the flame has reached the mark, remove the ear candle, and extinguish it with water by putting the candle upside down into the provided water glass.

Please do not blow! This will spread ashes and smoke around the room.

Rest

For balancing and relaxing ear candle sessions, you must always treat both ears one after the other. Remove condensation from the ears after the treatment and allow yourself a rest of about 15 to 30 minutes at the end of the treatment. In this way, you can let the relaxing wellness session end in peace and quiet, and the relaxation becomes more reliable.

Ear candles lead to inner silence. There are only the hissing and soft crackling of the candle. The head becomes empty, the body heavy.

It is precisely these pauses that our mind needs - to tidy up, to be creative, and balanced.
